Grand Challenges in Global Health Opportunities
The Grand Challenges in Global Health grant program, launched in 2003, began with the award of 45 grants totaling $458 million to scientists from 33 countries. Grants target an expanding set of Grand Challenges.
Grand Challenges Explorations Opportunities
The Grand Challenges Explorations grant program funds early-stage discovery, awarding initial grants of $100,000 and potential follow-on grants of up to $1 million. Grants target an expanding set of topics.
